The satisfactions of downward facing dog
Sometimes practice is rewarding in its own right. Just executing a seemingly straightforward photograph where the technical aspects are achieved to your liking can be quite grounding, like nailing a downward facing dog in yoga. You end the session knowing that your muscles got a proper stretch that day. In this case, there was focus stacking and exposure blending to contend with, in addition to lighting and composition.
